Information we collect

ProofReady may collect account details, intake answers, uploaded documents, payment status, approximate city and state, IP address, device and browser information, access dates, and activity needed to provide and secure the service.

How we use it

We use this information to create and deliver AI-generated Proof Packs, maintain customer accounts, provide revisions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and keep security and administrative audit records.

AI processing

Information submitted for a pack may be processed by AI service providers to generate the requested documents. Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, or unrelated sensitive information.

Access and retention

Authorized administration can access submissions when needed to operate, secure, and support the service. Access is logged. We limit retention according to operational, security, and legal needs and provide account-based access to customer packs.
