ProofReady currently provides its service for customers and matters in the United States. ProofReady is not represented as suitable for court procedures, official forms, or legal requirements outside the United States.

Document organization—not legal services

ProofReady is an AI-powered document organization and preparation service. It is not a law firm, attorney, or government agency. ProofReady does not provide legal advice, legal representation, filing services, or a determination that evidence is admissible.

Customer responsibility

Packs are generated from the information customers provide and are not reviewed or verified by an attorney or ProofReady employee. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, amounts, statements, attachments, deadlines, court rules, and filing requirements before using any output.

Small-claims matters and official forms

ProofReady may help organize a timeline, evidence index, situation summary, and draft correspondence for a United States small-claims matter. ProofReady does not select, prepare, complete, verify, or file official court forms. It does not select legal claims, provide legal strategy, serve documents, represent you, or guarantee an outcome. Forms, monetary limits, deadlines, filing procedures, and service requirements vary by state, county, and local court. You are responsible for confirming current requirements directly with the appropriate court or a qualified attorney.

Pricing, payments, and revisions

The $29 AI Proof Pack includes one generated pack and one customer-requested AI revision. The $49 AI Proof Pack + Revisions includes up to three customer-requested AI revisions to that pack. A revision is not attorney review or verification.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe for ProofReady. Your receipt, card, or bank statement will use the billing descriptor configured in ProofReady’s Stripe account, which may be abbreviated by your financial institution.

Account and document access

Your submissions and uploaded documents are associated with your authenticated ProofReady account and are not available to other customers. Authorized ProofReady administration and service providers may access submitted information only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, process, and deliver the service.

ProofReady does not guarantee accuracy, acceptance, admissibility, settlement, or any legal or financial result.
